Lion K. Easwaran, mjf is currently a member of LCB Aadarsha a Prestigious club of our District 317A. and has been actively involved in serving the community through Lionism for the last 18 years. Lion Easwaran joined LCB Mahanagar in 2006 and later charted a new club, LCB Aadarsha, where he joined as the charter secretary. During this long association he has held various positions including as Treasurer, Secretary, President, Zone Chairperson, District Chairperson, Editor, District Guest, District Advisor, DCT, and DCS.

He has an enviable track record of working with most of the District Governors of our district and neighbouring districts since his induction as a member. Recognising his commitment Lion Easwaran has been bestowed with many recognitions and honours, such as the International Leadership Award, International President Award, International President Certicate, Lion of the Year to name a few, and feels proud of his active participation in the causes of our organization and the mutual trust and friendship lion members have reposed in him. During the recently held 48th Annual District Convention in April 2024 Lion Easwaran Mjf was elected as 2nd Vice District Governor.

Lion Easwaran is a freelance application developer who opted for voluntary retirement from ET&T Corporation Ltd. (a central government public sector unit). He played a major role in introducing computers to state public sector units like KSTDC, KFCSC, Karnataka Treasury, PWD, etc. Currently, he is the CEO of Aranyamaya, a wood-pressed cooking oil manufacturing unit.

PMJF Lion Dr. G. Mohan born on 15th August to parents Gowthaman and Thangam from an orthodox middle class family. He joined Lions Organization in the year 2008. Throughout his extensive tenure as an active member of his home Club– “Lions Club of Bangalore Capitol”, he has tirelessly dedicated himself to enhancing the well-being of our community. Mohan's fervent dedication to serving the community aligns seamlessly with the core values and overarching mission of Lions International.

A Diploma Holder in Automobile Engineering and a diploma in Production Mangaement, Lion Mohan had initially started a Small Scale Industry in the name of Shalini Enterprises, Which has now grown to a Private Limited company in the name of SS Fabcom India Pvt Ltd with more than 200 employees.

He has decorated many portfolios in the district, and received numerous awards from the District, Multiple and International. As a GST Coordinator in the year 2018-19, Lion Mohan created history in District 317A (then Combined district of Bangalore and Mysore) by motivating all the clubs to do service activities totaling Rs. 2.5 Crores by initiating World Service week.

A man of few words, Lion Mohan is well known for his social service by clubs in our district who started addressing him as “Service Man”.

Lion Dr. Shashidhar Ganjigatti, pmjf, son of late Shri. B.M. Ganjigatti, who was Deputy Commissioner in Mysore State and Late Smt. Sulochanadevi. After his initial education in various parts of Karnataka, he graduated in Engineering from the Prestigious NITK, Surathkal. Later during his service he has obtained: M.E. (Environmental Engineering) from Anna University, Madras M.A. (Public Administration) from S.V .University, Tirupathi M.B.A from IGNOU, New Delhi, Ph.D (Management) from Bangalore University Project Management from Bradford University, UK Environmental Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He has worked in Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board and retired as Chief Engineer. He was in the first batch of Engineers who brought Cauvery Water to Bangalore in 1974. Considering his Qualification & experience, Govt. of Karnataka had appointed him as Member Secretary of Karnataka State Pollution Control Board for 3 years. At that time he was responsible for establishing office buildings and laboratories at various parts of Karnataka for proper control of pollution. At that time KSPCB was rated No.1 in India. After his retirement from BWSSB, he was appointed as Chairman, State Level Expert Appraisal Committee - Karnataka by Ministry of Environment and Forest, Govt. of India. At that time his Committee had cleared all projects, after proper scrutiny, without any pendency.

He has also worked as Team Leader for World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Japan Bank for Infrastructure Development of 40 towns in Karnataka. Later he has worked as Chairman, Technical Committee of BWSSB. He has also worked as Secretary, The Institution of Engineers (India), Karnataka State Centre.

He is an “Eminent Engineer” Awardee from The Institute of Engineers (India). He joined Lionism in 1996 in Lions Club of Bangalore Host, which is the first Lions Club of South India, Chartered in 1957. He rejoined the same Club again in 2014. He has worked in District 317A as Zone Chairman, Region Chairman, GAT Co-ordinator & Additional District Cabinet Secretary apart from working as Chairman, Region Meet; Co-Chairman District Convention. He has been awarded International President's Certificates. He is RLLI and ALLI Graduate from Lions International.

He was elected as 2nd Vice District Governor of District 317A during the 49th District Convention held in April 2025. He is married to Lion Jayashree and has two sons, elder Ravindra, having completed MS in USA and worked for Deloitte Consulting, now owns Hygiea Informatics (P) Ltd, which is 100% export oriented company. Another son Sachin is an Engineer and has his own business. Ganjigatti's have 3 grandchildren.
